There are many bloggers out there now in the internet world who you can utilise for their expertise in so many fields. Travel is just one that is booming. We love reading about hotels, resorts and of course Paresa in these blogs. They have experienced a lot generally and have something interesting to say or a way to look at things. Thailand National Holidays in May 2014

This year in Thailand on Thursday the 1st May we have Labour Day national holiday followed by the very important Coronation Day on Monday 5th May to celebrate the coronation of the King of Thailand in 1950.  This means for people they can take the Friday off and have a fantastic 5 day holiday away.

Thai Cooking School for Gluten Free Dining

In the western world being celaic or eating gluten free can be hard.  But as detailed by some experienced gluten free travelers, their advice is often to head to Thailand or your nearest Thai restaurant.

At Paresa resort we are well versed with this issue and catering to our guests many dietary requirements including celiacs.  Our Italian chef is always on hand and able to make fresh! gluten free pasta or bread.
